I did like the product, however, the digital temperature reading stopped reading correctly after 5 uses! Can't really tell if the flat iron is heating up fully or not. I contacted the seller in the hopes that I might be able to get an even exchange. The seller told me that I needed to contact the manufacturer to resolve the problem because I had purchased the item more than a month????? before the seller received my email.
