I have very curly hair a 3b.I have used Rusk anticurl a couple of times with good results. I start at the back underneath and work my way to the top of the back. I leave the underneath on for 10 minutes since it is very curly and then only 5 minutes on the canopy(top). I then do the sides and crown on a different week. I leave it for 5 minutes as well. I really like the Kerashine conditioning formula it seems more conditioning. Overall this works very well to loosen the curl. You do need to deep condition each week. I use to use this product to straighten my hair and would leave it on the entire head for 10 to 15 minutes. It worked very well but when you have curly hair and you have a straightener on your hair you still have to dry and flat iron to make it look good.
