This is fabulous stuff. I'm in my 60s when hair can get stiff and dull because of the grey and white coming in, but when I use this my hair is soft and shiny. I recently had my hair cut and the stylist said "You have such young hair. It's so soft and reflects light." I apply it throughout my hair about an hour or so before washing. Sometimes if I don't have time in the morning, I'll put it in the night before (admittedly doesn't feel great sleeping with it) and wash it out the next morning. My hair just shines.
