The transaction was easy. The product is NOT very good. It leaves a sticky residue. It does NOT straighten the hair. My hair felt soft for a few days, but did not actually get straight. Most of all, It caused a lot of discomfort in my scalp. I have been using scapacin since I used this product and after 3 weeks my scalp fnally feels better. Overall, I would not recommend this product to anyone. I used Coppolla several times in the past and will go back to the overpriced Coppola Product as soon as I can afford it.
