I have already finished my first bottle (it lasted a good amount of time) and I am reodering. I use this as a heat protector. I am african american with relaxed straight hair and I use a curling iron or flat iron on my hair. I don't have a lot of bulk to my hair so heat protector sprays tend to weigh it down and or build up after the second day of use etc. I can use this every day and still have body and it protects my hair from the heat. I use the Its a 10 shampoo, conditioner and leave in conditioner and I like all the products.
