I received this product yesterday and used it that same evening. I am absolutely impressed with the ease of application and the results. Some of the reviews say that the pump didn't work: not true, you may need to open it up and let some air in but all works just fine. The product was easy to apply, make sure you comb through your hair thoroughly; blow dry and flat iron did not give off fumes that irritated my eyes. Some may have used more product than necessary to have to deal with eye irritation. Puzzling. I have long hair, 6" below shoulders, and have had Brazilian blowout done in a spa that cost me a whole lot more than Bionaza's product. I will definitely buy again. Oh, and my hair has really nice and very light chocolaty smell, perhaps from the cocoa extract that is in the solution. Buy with confidence!
