I use this with the Esuchen shampoo for fine & oily hair. Since my hair isn't as oily in my 50s as it was in my 30s, and the shampoo contains witch hazel to control the oil, I need a very light but effective conditioner for the ends, and maybe once a week on the top to keep it from getting flyaway.
