I had received samples of this shampoo and conditioner from ULTA in the Keratin treatment kit, and fell in love with the product. For what ever reason, the shampoo seems different then the sample?!?!?! It doesn't smell the same or lather up as much and I have to use twice as much. The 2 oz sample lasted for 6 shampooings and I have ALOT of hair. Lately, on Amazon, I feel like you can't trust the authenticity of any product, especially perfumes and stuff. They really need to get a handle of it.
